It’s March already, how fast time flies by! My mom always said that if you feel that time goes by fast, it means you’re getting old. I don’t know where the logic comes from, hahah, but maybe she’s right. It’s my birthday month!
Last week, I showed Istanbul in Instagram photos, so in this post I have photos of this week AND last week.
I was just back from Istanbul last week when I did another shoot with May. We were being filmed during the shoot for a school project of a friend. I’m very curious how the video turned out. I find it super scary to be in front of the camera and to be interviewed, so I’m not sure if I have the courage to watch it back, haha.
In between shoots, we had lunch at Vapiano. It’s been a while since I’ve been here. It’s difficult to always keep eating healthy, especially if you’re not making your own food. I had this Piatto Antipasti with all kinds of delicious things. Too bad they don’t have brown bread or spelt bread. That would be perfect.
While I’m writing this I have a really bad cold. I would love to lie in bed all day with a book and herbal tea, but unfortunately I have a lot to do. I’m busy with my research for my graduation and it’s slowly beginning to come. I want to spend more time on it than I did before the coming period, which maybe will affect my updates here.
I’ve been working out a lot this week. I’m in week 5 of Kayla Itsines’ Bikini Body Guide. I’ve done 4 times powerwalking and 3 times the resistance trainings. Today, I actually have to do another session of powerwalking, but I have to see if I feel good enough for that. I work out 5 times a week now and I really have the feeling that I have my workout clothes on more often than my normal clothes, haha. But oh well, I notice that I’m making progress and getting stronger, which motivates me to continue on. In the end, it’s about building and keeping up a healthy lifestyle and that requires a little effort and time.
